Founder of Pire Labs, Property Innovation Real Estate, Frattini has been promoting disruptive innovation in the real estate industry for years through technological solutions such as proptech, fintech, insurtech, and constech. He integrates technology such as blockchain, building information modeling (BIM) systems, and real estate as a service (REaaS).

 

Frattini regularly participates as a speaker at international events on the management of real estate initiatives, collaborating on construction projects and the sale of heritage assets with private equity funds and start-ups from the US, Mexico, and Brazil, among other countries.

 

Frattini graduated in finance and urban economics from Torcuato Di Tella University. He also earned a master’s degree in real estate innovation from IE Business School, Spain, a diploma in international real estate business from IAE Business School and MIT, and a diploma in business management from the Aden Business School.
