Participants can request to change cohort and enroll in the next cohort by paying an administrative fee of $300 USD.

Requests to change cohort must be made under the following criteria:

1. Communication period: Change requests must be made within 14 days of the program cohort’s start date. Requests sent after this date will not be accepted for cohort change. Las solicitudes realizadas a partir de esta fecha no serán aptas para el cambio.
   
   
2. Communication channel: Requests must be sent via email to support@globalalumni.org.
   
   
3. Payment of fees: Fees must be received within 14 calendar days from the start date of the cohort.
   
   

Exceptions: Requests to change cohort due to medical reasons or extenuating circumstances will be exempt from paying the $300 USD administrative fees as long as the request was made during the communication period and payment (14 calendar days from the start of the program’s cohort).Participants are asked to contact the email address previously provided with relevant documents attached (medical reports, police reports, psychiatric reports, etc.). Once the request is received, the academic committee will decide if the request is eligible.

Requests made to switch cohorts within the first 14 days of the cohort start date will be considered, while requests made 15 days or later after will not be.

Participants cannot request more than one cohort change within the same program.
